Online Journal for TVET Practitioners is a peer-reviewed journal, published twice a year (March and September) by the Center of Excellence for TVET (CoE-TVET). The objectives of this journal are to promote sharing of information and knowledge in research work related to Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) within scientific community and to assist the academic staff from local and foreign universities, public and private agencies and academic institutions on publishing research results and studies in TVET through a scholarly publication.

FOCUS AND SCOPE

The journal publishes a broad range of papers related to technical and vocational education, including but not limited to:

(i) curriculum, elementary and secondary education,
(ii) higher and adult education,
(iii) teacher education,
(iv) the education of special groups,
(v) gender and education,
(vi) educational and information technology,
(vii) educational theory,
(viii) Educational research methodologies.

OPEN ACCESS POLICY

Center of Excellence for TVET (CoE-TVET) publishes fully open access journals. All articles are freely available to read, share and download. In accordance to publication ethics and best practices of scholarly publishing, authors and journals must be properly credited.

Publication Charges

There is no submission charges or article processing charges (APC).

COPYRIGHT

Everyone is able to download, copy and share open access articles. We provide authors with a choice of publishing under either the Creative Commons licenses CC-BY or the Creative Commons CC-BY-NC-ND user license. This statement clarifies ethical behaviour of all parties involved in the act of publishing an article in the journal, viz: the author, the chief editor, the peer-reviewer and the publisher (Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia). This statement is based on COPE’s Best Practice Guidelines for Journal Editors.

Permissions

It is the responsibility of the author to obtain written permission for a quotation from unpublished material, or for all quotations in excess of 250 words in one extract or 500 words in total from any work still in copyright, and for the reprinting of figures, tables, or poems from unpublished or copyrighted material.
